Our experience

Our teams have been working on international projects in Central and Eastern Europe. We have been able to gather extensive experience executing projects in multi-cultural environment, spanning multiple legislation areas and business practices. These experiences gave us the edge and the opportunity to engage with internationalization initiatives some of our customers have choose to execute

Following the development of our customers and being invited / selected to help them build international presence, we have gained a specific insight into the transformational nature of such initiative.

Product adaptation

The most visible phase of the globalization is the phase of product modification. This ensures us that the product complies with all legislative environments. The components of the product upgrade consists of the following steps:

• Product configuration scheme (implementing multi country feature strategy, market pricing, upgrade policies)
• Product translation and adaptation (user interface adaptation (cultural) and translation to selected languages)
